1st Annual Junk Ball Home Run Championship

11-12 year olds from across the country spent the day testing their home run hitting ability at the Cooperstown All-Star Village. After watching some monster home runs hit off the large white tent area, it was Tyler from Brookeville, Maryland that won the championship. Tyler hit 12 home runs to win the Junk Ball Home Run Championship Crown. Tyler’s teammate Aaron, came in a solid second place with 10 home runs. For winning, Tyler trotted around the bases with a year’s subscription to SI Kids, and a car full of Junk Ball products.

• Junk Ball Toss: During a half-inning break, members of the Barons promotions team will throw Junk Ball Baseballs into the crowd. The Junk Balls will have the Junk Ball logo on them, along with the Barons logo. It becomes a keepsake for those fans that catch the balls in the stands

• Junk Ball Night: The first 4,000 fans in attendance will receive a Junk Ball Baseball with Benny's and 790 The Score logos on the ball. Visit a local Benny's near you to purchase Junk Ball! Visit www.hellobennys.com for a store near you!
• Birthday Party Gift Packs: Have your birthday at McCoy Stadium and get a PawSox gift bag that includes a Junk Ball Baseball.

• Co-Ed Magazine hosted the 1st Annual Junk Ball Home Run Challenge contest in Boston, MA outside the Prudential Center. We had over 750 college kids, participate, with the winner taking home an all expensed paid trip to spring break.

• Over 50,000 College Students experienced Junk Ball at Spring Break! College students from across country got a chance to throw the Amazing Junk Ball on the beach, by the pool and in the streets.
